Every time I go into this store, I am treated poorly. They have the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. One lady made me cry. I won’t go back to this store. They do not care about their customers. It makes me sad that I can’t shop at my favorite kids clothing store.

I used to be a good customer at this store, but after my experience today, I will never go back to this location again. I tried to purchase a couple outfits for my daughter using my earned gymbucks reward, and the sales woman could NOT get my Barcode to work. It took her 20 minutes and she still couldn't get it to work. I had to leave, so she offered to hold it until I could get back as we needed time to call corporate over the problem. I went back in today to purchase the outfits, my gymbucks "expired" Sunday. I told them my issue and they would NOT honor my gymbucks. Not only would they absolutely NOT honor my EARNED gymbucks, they were flippant about the current pricing. They truly didn't care about me or the sale. The salesperson behind the counter even ripped and threw away the hard copy I found and brought in to support my gymboree email that showed my Barcode (that didn't work). WHY would I have a loyalty card to a store that doesn't care about my loyalty? I spend a lot of money at this store every year. I will NEVER purchase from them again. They simply don't care about customers.

First of all its pretty pricey compared to children's place, old Navy, JC Penney ect. They do have good quality clothes though for the price but not a huge selection to pick from. Would not be my first choice because my son is at an age where he's  out growing his clothes quickly so I would not recommend for young children because it's a waste of money. For older kids the quality is good & may be worth the price for some.
