I went into the store today and the ladies behind the counter did not greet me or ask if they could help while they carried on their personal conversation about an upcoming wedding. They were not helping other customers or stocking or doing anything but standing around visiting. I picked out a few things I was going to purchase but then decided to put them back and leave. There are other people who may be okay with not even being acknowledged when they walk in a store to spend their money, I just don't happen to be one of them. The folks at Gap for Kids and Gymboree greeted my promptly and helped me with everything I needed. The only reason I gave 1 star is because I couldn't have otherwise left this review.

I have been up this store many times and have always been promptly helped. The staff has gone above and beyond to make sure i was able to get ahold of the merchadise i wanted. Not to mention the unconditional return gurantee. The atmosphere and background music were very relaxing as well. All in all i would highly recommended this store to anyone looking for high quality service and clothing.

The customers at Hanna Andersson are always so needy and whiny when I come in the store. Other than that great quality clothing, good customer service, and a little difficult sizing if multiple grandchildren.
