There are 100s of new products weekly. Many are introduced by foodies providing samples and useful information. Wide aisles,  plenty of open registers, over-the-top customer service and, literally 100s of locations catering to the needs of each community.
One more thing...prices, considering value and quality,  are very comfortable

 You also do not need to buy more than you need to get a price makes sense.

I highly recommend Sarah and Madeleine from H-E-B Bloom Shop.  I was searching all over for this one votive candle holder for the holidays.  Sarah was more than helpful and reached out to the surrounding stores to get inventory.  Not only did she find all 7 for me but also had them shipped to the store and called within that week to let me know they were in!  It is always refreshing when you find a company with great customer service! Thank you again for all your help!

A HEB employee asked if I needed any help and I did need to find the chip isle. He was very helpful. Thanks for great customer service.

Great H-E-B with a great selection of various foods. A little bit smaller than some of the other H-E-B stores but has a friendly staff and is always helpful.

I LOVE HEB! I know some people gripe about this location being small and crowded, but I can work with that. The staff is amazing and I always can find what I need. Produce is fresh, and decent pricing on all items. I am a fan, go to any other supermarket and you will not get the same customer service and grocery items. Not in Austin at least.
