Ordered a washer and dryer set from sears. The set was unavailable until 3 weeks later. When the scheduled delivery finally arrived, the washer was damaged with connections visible from the front. Customer service attempted to offer $250 off the washer and returned as store points. She described it as having a dent but that was far from the case. Declined delivery on the spot. Was unable to receive money back (paid cash) from the store due to company policy. Fast foward a month later, was unable to get an answer on why i have not received a refund check. finally received my check after waiting two full months. $3100+ was held from me and the only reason i was able to get at the end was that they couldn't confirm my shipping address which was on file and where the washer and dryers were delivered. When they arrived, they came under the wrong name and was unable to cash them. Worse part is i later found out that they sent the checks to the store and someone at the store held onto them for a month with out notifying anyone. A sears manager called saying that the checks were in but when cashed, they bounced and i had to pay 12.50 for two checks (Washer and dryer checks came separately even though purchased on the same purchase order.) Sears use to be a good place to go to buy appliances but it appears that was before my time.

A friend referred me to Sears Barton Creek Mall to have my car diagnosed and hopefully repaired in a timely manner. To my surprise, the manager Sean Guerrero and his staff not only diagnosed my car. They repaired it and had my car ready exactly when promised. It's been two months since they serviced my car and I am completely satisfied and felt it was necessary to write a 5 star review! The store in-vehicle pick up was extremely rude. Didn’t want to help when I asked if they could help tie down my Christmas tree. They left my trunk wide open and gave me a “wire” so that I can tie my own Christmas tree down to my small car. So I went inside and knocked on the door and they came out and I told them if they could put it inside my car that way it won’t be a open trunk and they looked super pissed. Horrible customer service. I usually don’t do reviews but this is one that had to be done. Ruined my Christmas spirit for the day.

I used to love Sears. The service was the best and the selection was great. It is so sad to see a great store lose its staff. It is dead in the store and you cant get any help.. Chris Smith

Just wanna say I am a first time customer with tire service @ sears. Let me tell you on top of a frustrating start of my day I was greeted with welcomed help. My experience with the automotive was excellent and Shawn was my angle today not only was he attentive but answered all my questions. He took his time to get me the right help I need as well as service in a fashionably manner. Great job and a very happy camper. If you ever visit sear automotive please ask for Shawn he is the man!!! Thanks again for the great service.
