This was hands down the most pathetic attempt I have ever seen at a retailer trying to find a reason for not issuing store credit. I purchased a shirt online, never even put it on and was told that the shirt was worn and smelled like someone had worn it. Never put on!! Although it was past the 30 day return window (35 days to be exact) I simply asked if they can at least issue me store credit so I can purchase something I would actually wear and was simply told lies so they can keep the final sale of the item. I literally told them they can keep the shirt and donate it to charity but who knows if charity would except a brand new shirt that smells like the inside of a UPS box. They're are a joke and anyone that shops there is a bigger joke. Keep it classy and move on

Parking is terrible but it's still a great experience. Recommend checking out the store on Robertson.

My foreign cousin was shopping at this store and purchased an $800+ jacket in cash. The sales team measured her for alterations, took her address, told her they would ship her the jacket after alterations, and gave her a business card. Now every time she calls regarding the jacket, the sales employees take her number and tell her they will call her back. No calls have been returned after multiple attempts. This place's entire sales team colluded in theft.
