The guys that helped me here were SUPER courteous and very generous. I had some questions about shipping a large box, next day mind you, and they not only helped me in packaging, but took on shipping and insuring everything, as if it were their own property. I was very comfortable leaving my package there, knowing it would get out of here safely and securely. I recommend this store to everyone. Great job! :D

The guys at this UPS Store are great. This was my neighborhood shipping store for years, and they always handled, packed and managed everything quickly, efficiently and friendly. Recently I had to move to another city, and I asked Zorick and his team to help me ship some large plants and other big objects. They were amazing in coming up with a great packing solution that brought this tree/plant across the country in perfect shape, and at a totally reasonable price. They also took all my disorganized office stuff and packed it all safely and efficiently. These guys are friendly, efficient, totally great -- they insure everything gets sent and received safely and in perfect condition. Highly recommended!

I recently had to have my elderly mother get a pile of papers notarized and sent by UPS overnight, and I don't live in Los Angeles. The staff at this UPS Store went above and beyond in their service to her, dealing patiently with my many phone calls asking for assistance. They helped my mother to sign all the forms properly (not required from standard notary service). This was all on a last minute basis. The UPS overnight deadline was at 4:30 PM and she wasn't finished until 4:40 PM. She was flustered and nervous, but they put her at her ease and made sure it all worked. I am very appreciative.
