This shop has the worst customer service in LA. I have never felt so disrespected. There was a very unprofessional and rude shopping assistant. Firstly, nobody said hello or offered any help. Moreover, when I asked to try some things on, the girl with black hair said :"but you already tried this" with a rude tone. So the client can't try clothes on twice or what??? Why should I ask for help and get such a disresptful answer. Then she refused to change the sweater that had a hole on its chest. She was trying to convince me that it's the sweater's design and the hole SHOULD be there. But when I insisted a few times and she finally brought another sweater, there weren't any holes on it, so it turned out that she not only was a very unprofessional assistant, but also was trying to fool me. + you can't return things to this store once you bought them. Seriously. I will never visit this store again and will tell all of my friends how horrible are the shopping assistants there, especially that short girl with black hair that thinks she's an owner of the shop and can tell clients what they should or should not do. Seems like she knows everyone else's duties, except her own. After reading other negative feedbacks about the customer service in this shop, I'm sure I'm not the only person who was very disappointed in Wildfox on Sunset.
