I've been here year after year. The owner has done a great job. I do admit he is rough around the edges. He has alot of work around tax time and he gets a million phone calls, so he gets frustrated answering phone calls then returning to a tax session. With a little patience he gets the work done very well if not the best at it. When you go assume 2 hours going through paperwork. He goes through each detail. He does his very best to maximize you deductions and increase your returns. He's very careful and is very knowledgeable. I also think he speaks multiple languages too, like more than two. I heard him speak English and Spanish quite well. Also take our previous tax returns too, he can help there. Also the guy complaining about the the fee, his fee is determine by H&R Block software, if he's using their software. There is only some much he can do to lower the price. He is very honest, so I guess people thinks that is rude. But he's the best tax prepare I've had.

I wish I could give this owner Al a 0 star rating. Absolutely rude, condescending, no patience whatsoever, extremely unprofessional, rushed us the entire visit. Every question asked he complicated it and did not want to further assist us. One of his employees simply dropped off a paper and he started screaming saying he can't be interrupted. My husbands phone rang for a text msg and Al got upset. Every question I asked seemed to annoy him more and more. AVOID THIS PLACE in every way. I was more than willing to pay up to $100 for his assistance before walking in but after meeting this pathetic excuse for an owner, I quickly left.

I called and they set me up with James. I said I can only afford 75.00 for the fee and thereafter they said ok. When I met James, he increased the fee to 100.00 and was about to refuse my paper work.

Unprofessional. If you need to do work at H & R block pick someone else at this location.
