That Asia staff was horrible. There is a ups drop box near my office,so I asked him to get some pouches( my stuffs are small, I don’t need pick up service. Last week, another nice guy gave me about 10 pieces ), I can drop this small stuffs by myself, it’s very convenient! But he refused, either I go to store or call pick up,interesting !

wow i can belive this i tried to send back my phone that was a warranty exchange so i gave it to them in the morning and i had to come back to add something in the box..when i opend the box it was a totaly different phone..they stole my phone from the box and replaced it with a totaly different phone...i can belive i cant trust UPS to send my phone...now idk what to do....

One of the best retail and service store I've ever been to. The manager and all employees are helpfully friendly. I often ship packages to my grand children back east. I must have shipped hundreds of packages in the past seven years from the same UPS Store in Rowland Heights. Never had an issue with lost or late arrival A+ Good Job.
