I have a leaking problem on the roof, and Charles fix it very promptly and professionally. Charles is very responsive, and a real professional. His pricing is also very fair, and he did not overcharge like lots of others that charges a lot for just a quick look on the problem on your roof. Charles pricing and quote is very sensible. His workmanship is also of great quality. He would also show you photos of the situation on your roof, and will explain clearly what materials he needed, and what he would do for the repair. 

 I would recommend Charles to everyone I know, and would call on Charles again if there is any problem in my roof. Best of luck to Charles and his business!

Following a recent storm, we incurred some roof and gutter damage to the side of our house. After an extensive search and a number of different quotes from Charlotte area roof repair companies, we decided to go with Your Local Roofing Company. Charles and his crew came out on the scheduled day ready to work, were polite, and even a few minutes early. They replaced some damaged roof shingles, a completely dismantled gutter, inserted a new gutter guard, and reassembled the stripped fascia on the side of the house. They finished the job in a very timely manner and took the time to walk me through all of the repairs following completion. They even took very detailed before and after pictures from rooftop vantage points that I was originally unable to see. Their price for the repairs was extremely reasonable and they even blew off all the leaves on the entire roof at no extra charge. Lastly, we had just planted some new grass in our backyard and Charles and his crew went out of their way to make sure they did not trample over the area while making trips to and from their truck. I would highly recommend their services and will definitely make Your Roofing Company my first call if we have any future roof damages.

I contacted Your Local Roofing Company, and they got back with me within the hour and were also able to come out within the same day to take a look at my roof. 

When Charles came out, I explained the problem and showed him the inside damage. He knew exactly what the problem was but advised he would confirm once he took a look on the outside. I had qualms about a few things and with him being so knowledgeable and explaining things where I understood, he was able to put my mind at ease. He took pics of the roof, and again explained the problem and what needed to be done to get it fixed. He could have agreed to the additional work i assumed needed to be done, but he took his time explaining that it wasn't necessary, but would do it, if i wanted it done. Once the work was completed, Charles showed before and after pics, again explaining what was wrong and what he fixed and type of materials used.  After having a contractor in the past try taking advantage, it's nice to know that others still take pride in the work they produce, along with being honest, and fair with pricing! Charles was also very professional as well as personable! I will be referring Your Local Roofing to family and friends!

We have used Charles at Your Local Roofing Company twice now.  In both instances, we were very impressed with his concern, quality of work, and price.  In the first instance, he was  able to diagnose the problem in minutes, explain why it was happening, and fix it immediately.  In the second instance, our upstairs porch roof had not been properly installed, and he was very patient when I had many questions about why the problem was occurring. Both times he was very easy to work with: flexible, prompt, and thorough!  He even used his leaf blower to get the leaves off the roof, which was a pleasant surprise. 

We would definitely recommend him to anyone needing roof work, and we will absolutely use him again should we need a roof guy.

Charles responded immediately to my concerns about a couple shingles. He arranged an appointment for the next day. Charles arrived on time and showed me what he found and how he was going to repair it. He explained the repair process step by step which was so helpful. He even showed pictures afterwards of the repair. Charles was personable, professional, efficient, and very fair with pricing. I would recommend Your Local Roofing Company to my family and friends.
