Someone broke into my car on a Thursday. Friday morning I called Haas and they took it the same day. They did a great job. Helped me arrange for a rental car, and had it done by 5.

I had an accident and needed pretty expensive repairs. I never once felt like Haas was trying to rip me off or scam me. Pat was very communicative with me and up front, letting me decide what kind of parts that would be used for my car. He was very honest about what could and couldn't be done for my car. They covered my tow to their shop and my rental car during the time my car was in the shop. The repair was done quickly and ended up costing less than the initial estimate. After I picked my car up, I noticed a few more repairs that had been overlooked. I took my car back and they didn't charge me for the labor or parts for the repairs because they felt the repairs were already paid for. I can't begin to explain the great quality of customer service I received. I feel confident in the work they did and they definitely have a repeat customer now.

I can't say enough good things about this place. I've gone to them a half dozen times. Every time I've been treated like I was their best customer, whether I had a tiny job or a major re-build after a car was totaled. I've never felt pressured to get extra work or more expensive work done. These guys are friendly and down-to-earth, and they do great work for a great price. They can do a "quick fix" when that's all that is needed, and they will charge a price that seems too low for even a quick fix. Or they can do stunningly thorough, top-quality work. After our Prius was in a crash, the work that Haas did looked like it was show-room new. I wouldn't go anywhere else for body work.
