Jason is a great businessman and has a great group of guys with him. He helped me through my last year of many small repairs on my 17 year old car. Precision helped get me through the last year of my car and gave some recommendations when I asked for some prospective used cars I was considering. 

They keep the waiting room clean and smelling nice, and they’re honest, fair, and reasonable.

It is rare that I am thrilled to right a good review about an auto repair shop.  I mean, who likes to spend money on their car?  I will keep it short. My car broke down in downtown Minneapolis.  Precision Tune on Snelling was as close as I could get it.  The parking lot is small and it only has a handful of garages.  Staff was honest and friendly.  I wasn't pitched anything over the top.  They called me in the morning and I picked my car up after work.  Will def go out of my way to come here.  How many repair shops do you see on Google or Yelp with 4+ stars?

My husband has a hard time letting anyone work on our cars - but he trusts Precision Tune on Snelling - so I know they do good work!

This place was very prompt with the service but the detail that I got from the was HORRIBLE. Still stains in my car and all around the nook and crannies that they obviously didn't check. I left my bag of stuff that had belongings from my car and my car with them when my car was getting detailed, and when I got my car back my bag of stuff wasn't in my car. I called up to the shop the next day and he said he'd look and get back to me. I gave him a full day with no word from back him! I called the next morning and he said he thinks someone that they let clean the shop and help them might have came in and stolen it, and didn't give me much explaination. I had pairs of my shoes and my daughters shoes, clothes, and a brand new pair of jeans I needed to ship back to a site I ordered them off of. VERY disappointed!!

Best service I've had with an auto repair shop. I called the day before to get my car in the next morning. Jason was great with communicating what my car needed and the service was very quick. They addressed the problem I brought my car in for and didn't try to add on unnecessary repairs. The mechanic also walked me out to my car to show me different buttons for the lights when I had questions. I'll be back next time I need repairs. Thanks! :)
