Took over an HOUR to get my togo order. Was not alone in the long wait but none of us were warned. My chicken burger was ice cold after the 5 minute drive to my house but a quick try to the microwave fixed that. What couldn't be fix was the BURNT fries. At best they tasted like stale potato chips and at worst pure smoke taste. I love Larkburger and even though this is the closest one to my home I will not be returning.

Yet again, the order I placed online was NOT ready when I arrived to pick up. Specifically, the fries were not ready and after not being acknowledged by the older female cashier (standing right in front of her) for several minutes, I then had to wait another 10 minutes sitting at a dirty table to wait for my food. Burgers were lukewarm and fries were not even hot. Sadly not a fluke, we have consistently had poor to go and dine-in service so time to move on.

first and likely last time. i was very disappointed that yall gave me little tiny fries instead of bigger fries like all the other patrons. also fairly dirty, i didnt see them clean tables once in the 40 min i was there. the older woman cashier was very friendly, burger was good however.

Food served ice cold, they did replace my order with warmer food. Overall I thought their burgers and fries were horrible.

It's been well over a year since my last visit. Thought I'd try again. I've been away so long since I've been disappointed that they care more about the environment rather than quality of food. You'd think you'd have the option of grass-fed beef by now. Maybe I'm the odd one that cares more about what I eat rather than what does or doesn't get recycled or composted. Can't we have both? So, I pulled up and got out of the car and saw the black oil sludge outside the main door. Gross, I should have turned around there. I simple power washing would take care of it. I thought maybe trash was dripping on the way to the dumpster or something, but the trash is in the back. We ordered our food and found a table. The floors throughout we're slippery with grease. Watch out! I had my daughter with me and when she climbed on the booth bench to sit down, she left black footprints. I suggest a degreaser for the floors and outside sludge. The food was good, but greasy as all hell. Went through a bundle of napkins attempting to stay somewhat clean. My "regular" sized burger was quite small and very pre-formed. My daughter's face was actually shiny with grease from the grilled cheese. Sorry for the poor review, but I will spend the same amount and head back to my regular burger joint and be waited on.
