I made an appointment for an updo for my daughter. When I called to see if they could change to a different time, they didn't have a record of the appointment. We were put on the wait list. She had to be ready at a certain time. After waiting 15 minutes, we had to leave because she would have never had made it. No apologies, just goodbye from Hair Cuttery. Don't count on them for an important event!  I just read some other reviews... seems like "loosing" appointments is somewhat common.

Super service.   It was packed with stylists to take care of the people as they walked in or arrived for appointments.

I am writing this review because my daughter was terminated from this place of employment because she put a women under a dryer with color on her hair which has always happened from day one while she worked at Hair Cuttery.
All the employees at Hair Cuttery there did the same. 
On September 18, 2016 they had a meeting to inform the employees not to put the customers under the dryer with color on their hair. (Manufacturer Instructions).
 My question is did The Manufacturer instructions change and why and Did other customers lose their hair because of this action and is that why the Manufacturer instructions changed. What are they hiding? The Manager Heather along with 3 other employees continue to do this even after the meeting. Heather encouraged it so the employee 's continued. 
Well it was not until my daughter called the District Manager on Heather for allowing other employees to hide her sheers and supplies from her until she paid for a curling iron that was lost and later found broken that it became a problem and causing my daughter to be terminated. She knew who hid the sheers. She should have resolved the issue but she played along with the other employees. She is a Mgr she needed to act professional. She did not follow policy and procedure either. Because my daughter got her in trouble she decided to retaliate and set my daughter up for  termination one month later. 
It was very unprofessional for Heather not to react on the other employees taking my daughters sheers. This is why my daughter called the District Manager.  Nothing was done to prevent those actions from happening in the future. She knew who hid her sheers and did nothing about it. She is an unprofessional Manager that does not follow policy and procedure her self and encourages hostile behavior and creates a hostile environment and I will find who the owner of this location is and I am going to file a wrongful termination suit against this establishment and I have 3 separate emails from 3 employees stating Heather encouraged this behavior. I love Hair Cuttery and I will continue to go there for my color but this Manager is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and needs to be terminated.
I am not angry by no means and I am not upset but right is right and wrong is wrong and if my daughter is terminated for her actions Heather needs to be terminated for hers. She does not represent this Company professionally at all....

I have gotten my hair cut and highlighted by several different stylist and each one has done an excellent job.  
I used to go to high end salons and I really do not see a difference except in my wallet.
