Becky is the best! I've been coming here for the last 13yrs & even drive 20 miles  to see JUST her. She even gives you a timeframe so you can shop the mall if she's busy.

I am really disappointed with the service provided by this hair salon. I started coming here 5 years ago, and the service has worsened over time. I came in February, and I waited for my “appointment” for 30 mins. After I saw my stylist she said that someone scheduled my appointment on the wrong day, and told me she could take me, however, she took a walk in just after saying she’d take care of me(clearly she didn’t care about my tenure as a returning client, but more so the money in her pocket). So, I waited an hour because I really like her. This time was so bad, I was rushed in and out of the salon so fast, I couldnt get a hair cut, blow dry, or style as it was 9pm at this time. They told me they had to clock out. Today was my last straw, I made an appointment with my usual stylist, and I waited 15 mins after not being welcomed. So, when another stylist was finished with their client, I asked if my stylist was coming in, and she said that they tried calling me to let me know she wasn’t coming in today, and that clearly didn’t happen. The stylist that took me was very helpful, she offered to do my hair and did a really good job. It’s not her fault,  but again today I was rushed in and out and couldn’t get a hair cut because she had other appointments, which I totally understand. I am tired of being taken advantage of when I pay almost $200 for hair service. I won’t be coming back.

I’ve gone here each time I’ve gotten a haircut since I moved to the VB area and have gotten someone different every time... but never have I been disappointed. Everyone is very knowledgeable about hair and very experienced. For someone with a tight budget like me, I’ll never stop coming back!

If I could give NO stars, I would! Joanna is horrible. I went in for a body wave... less than 2 months later, my hair is pin straight. I went back to talk to her. With no hesitation, she says; “you know we have to charge you again”... umm nope! “When do you want to do it?”  Never! Your customer service skills are horrible and obviously so are your hair styling skills. Save your money and time!!!!
