I had an appt for a relaxer. The owner is the only one working at the shop, she worked on my hair and another lady’s front weave at the same time. after the relaxer my hair was still very curly. And she also started  to trim my hair without my consent.
A horrible experience!! Will not be going back!

The service was amazing! Went in for just a natural full face & ended up getting my hair curled too. The owner was very friendly & knowledgeable.

OMG had an appointment the firday with the OWNER for 5 came in at 450 she was the only one there and working on someone so I waited and until 540 when she told me once I curl her hair I'll be with you. I was irritated as hell and didn't answer she then says oh unless you have somewhere eles to be I got up and left still trying to figure out why the owner is so unprofessional she should have just said she over booked herself instead of tallinn me to wait when I made a appointment.
