Took my 5 year old daughter there who is always nervous about hair cuts. Brittanie made her feel comfortable. She was very sweet and professional. I'll be taking my daughter's here from now on.

I’ve gone multiple times here to get my hair cut. Only once has the stylist done a perfect job. Today was my worst haircut ever in my life. The stylist rushed for no reason. She never asked if I wanted my hair shampooed (I didn’t because I didn’t want to spend another $5 for no reason). She simply rushed and did not cut my hair right or listen to how I wanted to cut. I won’t be going back here again.

Harrasment of the elderly happens here! I’ve witnessed An elderly women be harassed and screamed at by a stylist because the elderly woman was hard of hearing. I was in shock to see how no action was taken against it. I believe further actions should  be taken against the stylist and the company itself. Unacceptable.

Don't get your eyebrows done here. I don't know how good their people are with hair or dying it, but all i know is that they horribly messed up my eye brows, asked for a trim and got a masacure, one is way smaller then the other and one is missing hair in the middle and they are so thin that it's just a little line, and they have one big spot of hair by where they are closest to each other. I didn't want to pay but my grandmother is so nice that she insisted and when I complained the lady said that it's my natural eye brows and making me feel like it was my fault, never will I ever go back there even if they paid me, I am so embarred now by my eyebrows that it ruined my good day and I didn't get to finish what I was going to do that day so people won't see them. Im either going to have to wear big glasses or a head band to cover them up. I just wish it wasn't on such bad timing beacuse now I have to go to important family things and I got ducked up eyebrows. Thanks alot!!!!
