I was thoroughly impressed and overwhelmed with gratitude for the outstanding care, attention & service rendered to me by NappStar in Columbia, MD. They are definitely the best. On my initial consultation regarding my locks, Melissa was so sweet, personable, respectful, compassionate, pleasant, patient & knowledgeable. She took her time to explaining the different techniques/processes and what my options were, and made sure that they lined up with what I wanted. She asked that I come back and see her sister, who has a shop in New York, to get a 2nd opinion/consultation if I wished to. So I did, and she was just as sweet and knowledgeable and took her time to explain everything. These sisters are awesome. Melissa had already won me over from the beginning, her sister was the icing on an already delicious cake.
I came in for my appointment and Melissa was there to greet me (which was wonderful and unique) to  ensure that the stylist, Felicia, knew what needed to be done to my hair.  
I was also extremely pleased with Felicia. She has undeniable skills with natural hair. I’ve had many people to do my locks, but not like Felicia. She did an outstanding job. I also saw her do another natural hair style on someone else and she killed that too. In addition, she is very personable, kind, and knowledgeable. She believed and took pride in her job and it showed in every manner. Felicia is an asset to this establishment and invaluable.  
NappStar gives true meaning to the term, “Customer Service is #1”. I felt like a family member, rather than just another number. Professionals in this business world that genuinely care about people are unheard of, as well as rarely seen.   NappStar is every bit of outstanding and extraordinary.
My experience was nothing short of wonderful and satisfying. I am totally happy with my hair.  I will be returning to NappStar as a regular customer and will recommend them to everybody.

My permanent loc extensions keep falling out. Nappstar installed the extensions on 10/18/2017. They reattached 1 extension and repaired a couple on 01/05/2018, I just lost another one today...01/28/2018

Unprofessional!! This place is horrible!! I drove far to bring my daughter to get her hair done after explaining the style, once she got there they turned her away because they said it would take an hour and they didn't have time, although on the phone they said they could do it . HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Always great customer service, warm friendly atmosphere and very professional.. I Been a customer for about 4 years now and I love it! Excellent hair care. I was recently in a wedding; Felicia did a up style and it was truly amazing. Myself and the bride were pleased.
