Called the number no answer. Stopped by the shop at 3:00 pm on a Wed shop hours indicate 11-7 pm no one here and no note or voicemail message indicating out of office. I would prefer not having to drive around Baltimore looking for hair.

My experience was wonderful when i went to the store and purchased some of the products but as far as the quality of the "cling water resistant adhesive" the product does not stand up for the results they promise. I've only had my unit on for three days. On day two i had to apply more adhesive as well as on the third day because my unit came off in the back. Im very unsatisfied with my purchase especially since I spent 63 dollars on a product that doesn't work properly

I want to first say that their customer service is remarkable. They get right back to you, they have the option to buy from their store even. I also love that they include their customers and show love by hosting giveaways/contests, post their clients, answer comments, have flash sales and other sales and much more. I find that to be huge in judging how genuine a company is. Their hair is beautiful in all forms and affordable in my opinion!

I stumbled upon her imports through a friend who doesn't wear weaves but recognized good quality hair. Well, being I was running out of options with all the stores saying they have grade A hair and really didn't.. When I walked into her imports I was warmly greeted and guided towards the hair I was interested in, I was even pointed in the direction of a great stylist..it has now been 5 months since I brought my hair and it is still as soft and bouncy as when I first bought it. Not to mention I've been asked on several dates since 😍 !! I would recommend her imports to everyone! Especially if your looking for good quality hair for an affordable price. This place is far from a scam ! See you soon her imports 😘😘 my next set of bundles are calling my name 💋
