Horrible customer service. I was told the wait was 30 minutes so I put my name on the list. I return in 30 minutes and wait another 45 minutes. Then they tell me it’s going to be another 30 minute wait time.  If they told me when I returned I would be fine.  But yo have me sit there without any communication is absolutely unacceptable.  I will Never return !!!

I went there to get waves in my hair and the head hairdresser was waiting on another customer at the same time. OMG was my hair messed up afterward. it was so bad she offered to give me 6 months of free hair conditioning treatments. I would have rather had it right the first time. My advice make sure the person focuses on YOU and not 2-3 people in between!!!

I have highlights on my hair and I went there to get the roots done. I got really disappointed with the result! First of all, the highlights were not even and it was noticeable. It was much lighter on the left side then on the right one.  On top of that, they turned orange! I used to get them  platinum blonde at every other place where I went before. So now my highlights are orange on top and the ends are blonde. My hairdresser had to redo them 3 times and still didn't get the right color! After the third time I had to give up and go to another place to fix it. I will never go to this hair cuttery again.
