I had the world's worst blow dry known to man. i've had some awful experiences at hair salons and never felt it was necessary to post a negative review, but this one takes the cake.  I did not catch the gentleman's name who did my hair,  but based on his work on my hair, I'm pretty sure he deals with male customers more than females.  The wash was terrible. He didn't wash the hair, he basically just made sure it was wet. After the blow out was there were some visible pieces he missed and he didn't bother to fix my bangs- so I practically left the salon looking like a bird.  He also added WAY too much gloss on to my already dirty hair.  I spent nearly $50 and it was a huge waste.  It is not ok to charge people so much money for service that is not even mediocre- just plain bad styling.

Incredibly rude staff, especially as of late. A few months ago the person who was cutting my hair was on hold for some customer service (some issue with his phone service), he would not stop complaining about it, and then stopped cutting my hair for 10 min to talk to a representative. Again, someone who is cutting my hair was on the phone. How incredibly unprofessional. I overlooked this one time, being a long time customer, and went there again a month later. I unfortunately ran into the same person again a month later (i mostly do walk ins). During this cut, he said my hair was too long and i need to come in more often because it was "too difficult"... He several times tried to book me for a hair cut 2 weeks later despite me saying no. It was only difficult because he made a lot of mistakes (missed whole sections of my head, as i ask for finger-length cut) and had to re-do it. I went to this place for over a decade. Not anymore.

The girl that cuts my hair is good. However, dealing with the majority of people there is horrible. They are idiots , my name is sean and they continue to call me seen even after correcting them a few times, i learned seen in the 1st grade i believe. Upon trying to schedule its pathetic dealing with the majority of these morons , its like their brains are on another planet , i could get 10 yr olds to manage the business better . They get confused with simplistic questions e.g. when would the girl that cuts my hair be available  , they say well i dont know or let me check then ask wait whats your name , i reply i told you 3 times already and my name is irrelevant at this time , i need to know the girls availability thats all , then they,hang up or one time give the phone blindly to someone else and expect me to repeat my entire conversation . For that i would need my 10minutes of wasted time paid for. Anyways , this is my experience and im a valid person making this review, its not paid for .

This place does not even deserve to be called "Hair Cuttery"!  I was treated as if I had walked into the hairdressers' house.  The staff attempted to take my phone number 4 times and was rude.  I had to wait as people who arrived AFTER I did got haircuts (mind you, they did NOT check with the front desk)
I will find another place: maybe the staff will learn.
