Billy is so talented with scissors and clippers. He is always up to speed with the hair trends for men and woman.

Hair color = 5 stars
Hair cuts = range from 3 stars to 5 stars which is why I gave him an overall 4 rating.

Billy is the owner, although he has a stylists.  His coloring is wonderful and his hair cutting ability sometimes just as good.  I've been going to him for years, and any of his long term customers know that occassionally he will cut your hair differently than what you want.  When this happens at other salons, the results can be dreadful.  But most of the time, Billy's cut is better than what you thought you wanted.  On a rare occassion, I liked my old cut better.

My advice is to give him a couple of limitations if you really don't want him to run the show with the cut, and Billy will stick to them.  He's a great guy and a wonderful stylist!  Give him a try if you haven't already done so.
