This is absolutely the best salon in town.lulu has done my hair several times and every time it comes out amazing!! My hair is super fine and fries very easily she always makes it beautiful. I plan on moving up north and I still plan on coming back for lulu to do my hair!!!

Have gone here many times over the years. Always a good experience and usually not too bad of a wait. Reasonably priced for a haircut but if you’re looking for highlighting, coloring and other more complex services they can get very pricey. Small local business with I think two other locations. Definitely worth a visit.

Do not go here. Typical disregard of costumer's reauest. Second time being here after 2 years, first time was ok but the gentleman doesn't work there anymore. 
I came up to the door and they had just locked up eben though there was at least one hour and ten minutes left. She opens the door and immeditely the two hairstylists are arguing over who wants to take me since both really wanted to go home. This still dint bother me, until the lady who takes me began to aggreasively wash my hair even though it was still wet from when I had showered 30 minutes ago, I'm still very nice and not say anything. I had requested a TRIM of as little as possible, max 3 inches (my hair was down to my waist) she aggressively cuts my hair in a complete rush while snot is running everywhere and doesn't stop to clean her hands the whole time. I'm still not saying anything and continue to be still and generally nice. She keeps assuring me that she's taking only off the layers and not much more than 2 in of actual lenght.i cant see cause i don't have my glasses on.. When she's done i take a look and while my hair is still wet, its no lower than my bra strap, she took at least 8 inches!! I still give her a good tip since I'm in the service industry but honestly I've never been more sad in my life about a haircut (I've had short bobs before). Please go somewhere else or at least not with that hairstylist. I dont know her name but she has long blond hair and a terrible costimer service.

This is my third time going here. I’m the past I’ve had Amber (who has since moved on) and Lulu. They have done an excellent job on my hair and have been gentle and professional. Today, I had Melissa because Lulu went on vacation. I don’t even know where to start with her. She changed her shoes in front of me and went to the bathroom in the middle of washing my hair. She also my hair so roughly that I was tearing up. She tried to gossip about the other girl, Jennifer, to me. Then when she washed my hair, water went down my back. And it doesn’t stop there. While I was having my deep conditioning heated, she disappeared for a smoke break and when she came back she smelled disgusting. And as she was cutting my hair, her appointment walked in so she rushed to cut my hair and didn’t give me the time or attention I paid for. I will not be using Melissa again. It’s Lulu or nothing.

It was my first time there and I swear my stylist try to drown me while washing my hair, and I got a really bad haircut, there are longer pieces where their are suppose to be short. I had a long bob cut and the hair in the back flips up and out. I paid a lot for a bad job. Very disappointed.
