Great Service  Gel polish manicure AMAZING - switched from another local nail salon that I had been using for years (quality went downhill as did their respect for customers) so I decided to try Venetian.  It is a little more expensive but to me it was WORTH it.  I didn't get the name of the woman that did my nails but I plan on going in to find her (I didn't really look at my nails until I was already in the car - my nails have a strange curve when they grow out, somehow she did my nails perfectly, no curves).  My nails have NEVER looked this good.  I don't do a lot of reviews but felt they deserve the praise.

I give1 star because the place is nice. Everything else is terrible. Especially the level of care and consideration of the customer. The technicians spend the entire time speaking to one another in their language. They don't attempt to make your visit a pleasant experience. Definitely my last visit. Ms. Kahnnan messed up my slacks because she filed my nails without covering my slacks. I tried to tell her but she was so busy talking to her fellow co worker she didn't hear me.

Just leaving this location, and it will be my last visit. My 4 year old was scheduled to have a pedicure while I had mine. The lady clipped his finger nails, when she went to push back cuticles, I asked her not to. Dismissed me, saying " just do a little on this one".  At the very end of pedicure turned to me and said, "Okay, Pedicure and  Manicure". I told her it is not what I asked for. Told the Manager, and he said , "Oh, sorry". I still paid for it. Last time I make the mistake of going here. For an extra few dollars they lost a customer.

Worst place ever, I will never come back. I'm disappointed a place so BEAUTIFUL with the rudest people ever. My nail  tech Chan was awful,  didn't help me with my shoes or nothing. Apparently she got upset because I wanted a chair that have a massage included. I guess the chair I had was broken and I was wrong for asking to move to another chair. I shared my concern with the manager Steve and he could care less. So I just paid $27. for my toes to get polished. Never again will I come spend my hard-earned money here.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS FACTORY FOR NAILS...I WAS VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE FULL SET OF ACRYLICS FOR BOTH MY DAUGHTER AND I BEFORE OUR VACATION AND EXPRESSED MY CONCERN TO THE MANAGER STVEVE. HE COULD CARELESS, TOLD ME THEY ARE CLOSING AND HE NEEDS TO GO HOME AND COME BACK TOMORROW. NEEDLESS TO SAY, ANOTHER TECH SAID I SHOULD APPRECIATE THE TIME AND EFFORT THAT WAS GIVEN TO ME. I WENT FURTHER TO EXPLAIN I PAID FOR A SERVICE AND FEEL IT IS ETHICAL TO FIX THE PROBLEM OR GIVE ME A REFUND !! ...             
 .....NO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.....
