I was looking for a nice new nail salon closer to my home and heard great things about Nails Couture. Lee helped me. She didn't listen when I explained I wanted ombré. I showed her pictures as well. Then, she cut 3 different fingers on my left hand and continued to use the same file that cut me. I'm sure she probably used it on people after me and before me as well. I hope I don't get an infection. Two days have passed and my cuts still hurt. Not to mention the nextgen dip was done incorrectly. She only used the color and never applied the clear dip below or above the color. The hologram gel which I've had done previously at another salon is now peeling two days after. I will never go back here again. Who cuts you 3 times and acts like it didn't happen? I was bleeding and she continued to use the file. I had to yank my hand and tell her it was stinging.
