Just visited this hair supply for the first time and they have a great selection of hair products, wigs, head wraps, and more. The selection is seriously amazing, the biggest selection of everything hair I have ever seen in one store! However, the customer service is terrible. I would have loved to give this location five stars but due to the borderline rude customer service, I sadly can't. If the customer service improves, I would recommend people shop here.

I stopped by to pick-up a few things. While I browsing, I over heard the cashier accuse a Black woman of stealing and was asked to remove her jacket. She refused to do what she was asked, and went ballistic by calling the cashier all kinds of nasty names. One of the male employees stepped in, and threatened to get physical if she didn't leave the store. The Black woman continued to keep running her mouth, talking all kinds of garbage. An Asian security guard told her to leave for one last time and was about to call law enforcement. Although the male employee helped me find what I was looking for, he was disgusted by the way the Black woman conducted herself in front of her nephews. 

I've worked in retail for more than ten years, and I understand what the employees deal with on a regular basis. It's beyond impossible to be professional towards those that are unable to act like they have some sense. I'd like to come back, but hopefully, my visit won't go to the left.

My friend and I were looking for braiding hair. Nay was very helpful and knowledgeable. She was extremely friendly. Me and my friend were in and out in no time! Thanks Nay!
