I waited 39 minutes for someone to come out when she finally came she acted as if she was bothered like she just knew I was wasting her time. I did not purchase hair based on her demeanor. She didn’t make an attempt to want to sell me their hair . Plus the location isn’t in a smart place .... walkin inside a office building? Very weird and uncomfortable!

I had a  wonderful experience in the past with their products and purchased hair twice and it was good quality.  The last time, I purchased clearance hair for the first time.  It was horrible!!!.  Never again!!

I had high expections, given that the hair wasnt a cheap price. I ordered the Malaysian premium bundles with an illusion lace front. I received my order within 4 days. However, I feel as though I received discount bundles. First of all, I was supposed to have 1B colored hair. My frontal was 1B but my bundles were a lighter brown, but that's not the worst of it. My illusion frontal had so much hair!!! My stylist took three days plucking extra hair off of it, trying to make it look natural, and it was still so thick. Also, the hair also started tangling the first day it got installed. Hopefully this doesn't happen to anyone else's order.
