The nurse I saw there was great, however the front office staff leaves much to be desired. I was billed incorrectly, when I called to speak with the office manager the front desk person pulled up my account explained what happened and said it would be corrected. She said I might receive another bill but to ignore it due to their billing cycle. Seemed legit, until I received a letter from a collection agency! Will never return.

I love seeing the doctors and medical staff here, they are amazing. However the referal department, receptionists and office staff  will refuse to help and withhold info

If I could give this office a negative star rating I would! I would call and never get anyone to pick up, I have gone over before during office hours and there was nothing posted but all lights were off & office closed. The nurse practitioner put in a birth controk prescription for me that wasn't covered by my FHCP insurance so I requested & my pharmacist requested numerous times to change it to a different one but it was NEVER DONE! I went to a walk in Florida Health Plan office off Nova & paid to be seen & they then put in my RX. Now that I need refills out in, this office will NOT do it bc they said I had abnormal labs & was told to re do them. THIS IS NOT WHAT I WAS TOLD! I have a copy of my labs and nothing was abnormal. My husband went with me to the appointment to go over them after Wendy received them & nothing was wrong! TAKE THE AVERAGE STAR RATING IF THIS OFFICE SERIOUSLY! My husband WAS in the Army and I have seen doctors all over the world & this is the WORST I HAVE EVER SEEN!!! This place is a joke!! They didn't even care I was upset & I am pretty sure your doctor should have good (or at least decent bedside manner) and they don't. They also tried to Bill me wrong as well & I refused to pay & showed my outline of coverage & they then corrected it. RUN AWAY!!

The office is on the second floor of a Halifax Health building and looks brand new and is very clean. Everyone I encountered was super nice. I saw one of the ARNPs and she was fantastic! Had great bedside manner and took the time to listen to what I had to say.

Actually like Wendy and the staff in the front but I have never seen such incompetent office staff when it comes to referrals.  three months I waited for my referrals finally just went to a different doctor because whoever's in charge of getting the referrals authorize Should be fired.
