I went to the Ormond location today and had a terrible experience. It's about an hour away but the only location that had an appt the soonest so I didn't have a choice. I got there at 1, my appt was 1:30. It was after 2 before I was called back. A psychiatrist immediately mentioned something about me bringing my kids. But I'm a stay-at-home mom so I really didn't have a choice. Then when we got to the room I sat down grab my daughter and waited. He asked me a few questions was very soft-spoken almost was laughing at me the whole entire time. He asked if I was breastfeeding I said yes and why I was on medicine if I was breastfeeding I told him it was safe and I was prescribed it from my OB. He then proceeded to say that my OBGYN was just playing it safe and covering her ass. He asked me if I was going to stop breastfeeding I responded no then he refused to prescribe me any medicine and try to lecture me on how it wasn't safe to take these kind of meds while breastfeeding. He overall dismissed me the whole entire time and acted like I was just a dumb woman. I then proceeded to leave because I felt very uncomfortable. Overall the receptionist were very nice they helped me with my kids while I was there but the experience I had with the psychiatrist alone was enough to never ever go back there again.

They have an ARNP posing as a Doctor to patients. She is not compassionate or skilled enough to treat mental health patients. The staff is unfriendly to all of their patients - this place needs to be shut down.

My appt. was made with ease, no waiting...Melissa, therapist, was wonderful & the office ladies were friendly & helpful..she's helping me cope with my arm pain from my accident in 2015...

One of the most frustrating places to deal with. Because they don't have a psychiatrist on staff you will never get your prescriptions for stimulants upon visitation. You will have to wait a few days for an offsite psychiatrist to approve them and God forbid you have an appointment on a Wednesday-Fri because you won't get it till the middle of next week (they don't work on weekends). They often mislead you on when your prescriptions will be ready; they will say its ready the day after your appointment but believe me when I say this: that has been factually incorrect and I've been going there for half a year. So what happens when you want to see if your prescription is ready. I sure hope you have Unlimited Minutes cuz you will be on hold for 20-50 minutes at a time and sitting and waiting for someone to actually answer the call. And sometimes they will completely forget about you and then you will have to call again and be on hold all over again. And this is just to call and have them say "yes its ready" and "no its not ready." Imagine having to wait an hour for them to say the latter. They absolutely don't respect your time. For a place that you pay to provide you with a service, you really don't get the service. Avoid this God forsaken place for the love of all things that make sense.

Terrible lazy excuse of an office, they act like they are doing you a huge favor just to do their job at the front of the office. They change staff very regularly. They scheduled an appointment for me and then when I came in the therapist saw they didn't take my insurance so they wasted 2 hours of my day. Now after changing my medicine atleast 3 times and me asking not to be put on some zombie medicine(Seroquel) and refusing to take it anymore, the "doctor" Melissa Gad discharged me from being seen there anymore rather than doing her job. She would rather sit around and suck down her Mcdonalds than do her job. Very lazy uncompassionate place to go. I would go anywhere else because these people DO NOT care about your well being and you will find out the hard way. It's a shame that they are supposed to help people but are too lazy to do the job.
