The staff is great! Definitely recommend Dr. Loeffler and Courtney. I’d give five stars except that I’ve noticed they have consistent computer issues.

The staff does the best they can when the system is down but I’ve been there several times over the past couple months and it appears to be an ongoing issue. 

The main take away point is that they can definitely take care of all your dental needs, but be prepared to “work around” their computers.

They are absolutely AMAZING!!! First off the front office staff is so friendly, kind, knowledgeable of your insurance and or financial needs. They are excellent with kids. My daughter had to have an emergency visit and they got her in immediately. The doctor was very gentle that my little one said that she didn’t even feel anything. The assistant was so sweet and kind, made sure I was well informed of what the problem was and how they would address it. OH my goodness they are all just over the top about the care for there patients and patients parents! On another note they work with your busy schedule, they are very reasonable in regards to cost and they don’t ever over treatment plan. They are truly the BEST!!!!   Dr. Hamby and staff, Thank you all so much for your kindness, understanding and best care!!!

What can I say other than WOW! I have had so much negative experience at other dentist offices which kept me away from the dentist for a long time, but this experience was pleasant from start to finish. The receptionist and the assistant were very helpful and kind, and Dr. Loeffler was hands down the best dentist I've ever had. Precise and careful work, very pleasant attitude, and with the minimum pain possible. If you have any dental needs, especially major ones like me, you should have the utmost confidence in coming here. This is how the experience should be! I will be getting all my dental work here from now on.

Marsha always does a great job of cleaning my teeth.  She is very thorough.  I love the smooth feel of my teeth when I leave your office.
The staff is always kind and courteous.

I am always pleased with the friendly,  thorough, and professional service I receive at Dr. Hamby's office.  I highly recommend them!  They not only treat you professionally but treat you personally-like family. My visits are always enjoyable!
