I’ve been taking my baby (Pekingese) here for 11 years.  He pulls me to get inside.  I’ve seen each of the Dr’s multiple times over the years and each one is kind, understanding and helpful. The staff is always friendly. You can’t go wrong bringing your pet here. Wonderful place!  (I even moved an hour away and still make the drive - they are worth it!)

I liked some of the staff, but there were a couple of doctors whom I had expected to be more experienced with handling the death/terminal diagnosis of a pet. I had gone in with my cat who was old and struggling and although I had been prepared for bad news, I had not expected the reaction that I received. After scans, I heard through the closed door (between the doctor and a woman who I assumed to be a vet tech / assistant), I was hearing comments like "wow, I don't know how to handle this type of situation", "how do i tell her", and "this is the worst case I've seen in a while" (albeit not exact quotes, I was emotional and can't remember the precise wording). After a few minutes the doctor came in and told me she had cancer that had spread pretty far. I understand that it is a very difficult and stressful job, but I wish they would have realized that they don't have the thickest walls and broken the news to me more respectfully.

I will never bring my dog here ever again. My boyfriend slipped on our hardwood floor and accidentally landed on my puppies leg. She was in a lot of pain and couldn’t put weight on her leg. Hamilton Crossing is open until 4pm on Saturdays we got to the hospital at 3:40pm. After telling the receptionists what happened they said the doctor just left and they couldn’t help us at all. We walked out of the animal hospital got in our car and then we saw the vet walk out of the building and get in his car right next to ours.....I guess getting off work 20 minutes early was more important to all of them.

Dr Frazier is amazing! We've been going here since we got our first dog over 4 years ago and wouldn't think of seeing anyone else.
