Really wonderful experience as a new patient. Dr. Gilliam was absolutely great to me and my dog. She listened, gave advice and was so sweet to my dog through the entire examination. Thank you so much for taking great care of us!

The staff here are always excellent. They treat you like family and make my dog feel loved. I come in every month just to weigh him and get his heartworm medicine. Him and I look forward to it every month. They are always willing to listen to your concerns and offer advice. They seem very knowledgeable. I haven't seen the vet much because Nova hasn't needed it much fortunately. She has been great the few times we have. Plus their $99 dollars for vaccines for lie deal can't be beat. I do have to say that the main St location staff and vet seem more friendly and helpful than the college st staff and vet.

This place is great! The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I love the care that I have been getting for my kitten from these guys!

Great place to take your pets. These folks are kind and caring. Pricing is upfront fair and honest. They do their work with a servants heart. There's a good reason they are consistently #1 on the Indy A-list. Thanks for all you do!

They're the opposite of helpful when you call them. It's almost as if they're trying to get rid of you or that you're bothering them. They will sell you on "vaccine for life" however I found it to be kind of a rip off because they still charge you $60.00 when you go in for a "check up". Our very young puppy has Giardia and they give him meds with no follow up call & zero concern for rather or not they're successfully treating him. What really upsets me was when we called concerned because he wasn't eating & has severe diarrhea they said "o don't worry about it he's prob just not going through a growth spirt right now" are you insane? That is extremely unprofessional and with the hundred of dollars we have given this office? That's what we get?? I can get a half of a opinionated guess from a friend or a relative. I expected them to go through a check list to look for symptoms to make sure he's ok. Nope they told us " not to sweat it" more or less. Now our dog has mucus in his diarrhea & is going to the ER to be treated for a Intestinal infection. I emailed the vet furious last night & he replied that a "vet client relationship is one of mutual trust" & clearly we have lost yours so let us know where you would like is to forward your little pups papers to. HEY SO SORRY THAT IM ACTUALLY ASKING YOU TO WORK & not just take our money to stick a needle in him & send us off. Very disappointed to say the least.
