Super great spot! Awesome rooms. The marina side is worth the extra cash. The morning breakfast is the best I have had at a hotel. The staff is also SUPER helpful and kind. See ya next year during DALLAS COWBOYS training camp.

Newly renovated rooms are beautiful. There was a plumbing issue in our sink that was not resolved during our stay though the security person tried very hard and we checked in about midnight. When he left he was going to confirm with them that there were no other rooms we could change into and said they'd be in touch. Noone ever contacted us and we just went to sleep using shower instead of sink. We were bummed that we didn't hear. We we're too tired to call again. The great news was when we checked out, without us saying a word they had already stood behind the 100% guarantee and credited us for the room. We are so happy and surprised. That certainly made us feel valued and we will continue to go back there and recommend the beautiful property when we are in the area again. The breakfast was great and Patricia was exceptionally kind in the breakfast area. I'm sure next time will be 5 stars again as it was the time before. This time missed the mark due to lack of communication over resolving plumbing issue. The checkout staff were very sweet and apologized sincerely that noone had contacted us after the security guard left our room.

Beds great, loved rolling cubes, had to ask for luggage rack and was promptly delivered. Service and attitude friendly and prompt. Breakfast staff especially friendly and helpful. Had scrambled eggs and steak with tortillas. Very good.

Got to the hotel late at night tired and hungry. Had my dinner in my had as well as my bags. Got up to my room and the key is no good. Called front desk and the hotel's security comes up with two keys. Meanwhile food is now getting cold. The security guy tries to open the door and neither of which worked. The security guard uses his master key and finds the room is occupied by someone else. He leaves to go get a different room, so I decide to eat my dinner in the hall of the hotel. No call from the front desk to apologize about what happened. The following morning; elevators are out of order due to painting and now I'm forced to take three flights of stairs to the bottom floor with all my stuff. I'm a Diamond Member and this was I would have to say one of the worst experience ever.

This Hampton Inn has been recently renovated. The rooms are super nice and the harbor view are spectacular. A popular pizza restaurant is walking distance from the hotel and offers the same amazing harbor.
