My husband and I stayed for one night at this Hampton Inn. It was clean and comfortable. On the next day when we arrived at home I realized that my husband's shirts were left hanging in the closet of the hotel room. We immediately called the hotel. In no time I was told that the shirts were found and they were preparing them to be shipped to our house. Within four days I received the shirts neatly folded in a box. I did not expect such great service. I will use this Hampton Inn every time I travel to South Carolina and will highly recommend it.

I stayed there while on a business trip. Rooms were nice and comfy. One reason I marked the hotel down is the housekeeping decided to fold my work clothes that I laid on the desk just inside the room. They also reorganized my toiletries at the bathroom sink. Personal space? Oh and the fire alarm went off twice in one night. Another guest said this has happened few times already. I hope they get an alarm system technician out to ensure the safety of the guests.

We stayed here over Christmas . After coming back to the room after the first day we noticed we were missing stuff from our room. Housekeeping had been in the room and we were missing a watch charger. We attempted to notify the front desk but they refused to help. The manager that was on duty the next day didn’t take us seriously and lied about looking into it. We tried several times to talk to the General manager but they wouldn’t talk to us. The assistant manager told us not to file a police report. When we called the police the manager that was on duty refused to cooperate and look at the video from the hallway. Our room was right next to a door with a camera but they refused to see who went into the room. They also wouldn’t give the name of the housekeeper to the police and just told him it was a new employee. The assistant manager has no people skills and does not help when there are problems. We tried numerous times to talk to them to get the situation taken care of so other customers would go through the same problems but they just blew us off. 

Horrible customer service and stealing from their customers. Don’t stay here, there are many more hotels in the area that are much nicer.

Spent 3 weeks here for work and all the staff are wonderful! The rooms are clean and nice. The amenities are great. I wouldn't hesitate to go back or recommend this hotel to everyone!

Very clean and updated. Floors were new. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast in the morning is a plus with everything you could ever want available.
