Good, clean hotel. Rooms are not very large, specially if you are visiting with kids, they won't have much room to run around. The location is about 15 to 20 minutes from the boardwalk. You can take the bus literally from the front if the hotel to the beach, and the bus runs fairly frequently. On the way back, I would suggest Uber or cab as the bus drops off a few blocks away on the other side of a busy highway. The front desk staff was friendly, and very helpful. I would consider staying there again if we take a trip to Rehoboth Beach in the future.

The rooms were in excellent condition and the hotel is conveniently located, only a few miles from Dewey Beach and the outlet strips. The staff were very nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice little room, clean. But, as I stay at a lot of Hamptons for work all over the country, I was stunned when I was denied a late check-out. No one has ever said no to me at a Hampton, which is half of its appeal. And it's not like I ask for much or often. But this one place told me no flat out for such a small thing. Tons of better hotels closer to the beach and cheaper so not sure I'll be back.

Tracy, Jessica, and Juan make sure you feel welcome. The rooms are comfortable and consistent, every time I stay. I've stayed at this place off and on for over 13 years and I still make reservations here.
