I am currently staying at the hotel. It is reasonable rate. But its not a very clean hotel. And is not updated at all. Only the tvs are new. So unless your poor i do not reccomend it.

I really wanted to like this place. Price was right, they allow pets without outrageous fees, and I am pretty flexible. But this facility was older, a flashback to the 70s and hasn't been updated in years. Carpets were filthy, bedsheets looked and felt like they had not been washed. I came in Oct, and the A/C unit could barely keep up with demand. Room was dark(no reading lights over bed, or overhead lights at all) with dingy, dirty lamp providing only light. Holes in the wall, ceiling, and broken toilet complete the package. Here's the kicker..very noisy, people hooping and Hollering at all hours of the night..all 3 nights we were there. Several "permanent residents" about..smoking and joking in the outside decks/ hallways. Uncontrolled kids running thru the parking lot. Bad rundown appearance and marginally safe. First motel in years where I was worried about my safety and worried my car would be broken into. Not the worst ever...But don't plan on returning.

Quaint and inexpensive, pool, very sweet and helpful staff. We've been coming to the Rehoboth Inn for over 20 years and wouldn't stay anywhere else. Rooms have a frig and microwave. When we travel to the beach, we don't spend time in the room...we go to the beach and boardwalk. This is a great place to stay if you'd rather spend your money shopping, dining, or enjoying the other amusements. 🏖
