I had a car accident caused by other person. Because of that, I got injuries on my chest, neck, and shoulder. I contacted him because I did not have health insurance, and was not sure if the auto insurance was going to help me with all the expenses of the treatments that I needed at the time. After talking with him, I realized that I was not one more client, but I was somebody important for them. Mike, Claire, and Kelly were excellent, when I had questions they told me what was the next step to be taken or what was recommended to do. They help me and my wife to cope with all the stress that the insurance company was causing. They were great support during the legal process. What I can say is that he is honest, he is trustworthy and he knows well how to put pressure to the insurance company, and not in the clients. I am glad I contacted him after the car accident. One more thing I can say is that I highly recommend him because he is very professional, he has integrity doing his job, and he treat his clients as if they were members of his family. There are not words to express how grateful I am that he helped me

Attorney Mike Hancock is outstanding, friendly and well experienced professional. I was a victim of drunk driver accident and injured. He handled my case, went extra mile with a complicated situation and achieved successfully. He and all the team worked hard to get me the maximum settlement what i deserve. He even cutoff his contingency fee in order to get me more settlement amount. Attorney Claire is hard working, trustworthy and caring. The paralegals updated me the status of my case routinely by email and phone call and responded me promptly for any questions i asked, made me sure they are the best team. All the team worked hard for my case and treated me like a family. I Was grateful and confident to have Hancock Injury Attorney. Thank you so much you all for your hard work, passion and dedication!! Everyone in the office treated me like family and showed genuine concern. Mike has a very calming, friendly demeanor that helps you deal with the stress and frustrations of the legal system. You get very personalized treatment and they respond to all your questions. I was very pleased with how they handled my case and high recommend them.

About 8 months ago we got into an accident that was fairly minor but left internal injuries. While waiting for the police to show my husband called an attorney that came up in a google search, it was Hancock, and spoke to Claire. She was sweet as can be, took our info and recommended a great chiropractor we could see right away. I'd never dealt with this before so I had no idea what was going to happen, but I did know the lady that caused the accident was at fault and I was hurt. The minute you walk in you're greeted with a smile and offered a drink, no matter who is at the desk you feel welcome they're all total sweethearts. I met with Mike Hancock a few times and he truly makes you feel like more than just another case. He makes the effort to know you on a personal basis, and will make the time to take your call or meet with you if you prefer that. I had countless emails back and forth with one of the paralegals, Kelly, and she has the patience of a saint and always returned my emails or calls right away. My case has since been closed, not only were my medical bills (which exceeded PIP coverage) reduced, but I was able to receive some money after all the fees were paid so I'm able to continue treatment. I would absolutely refer them to anyone I know, and wouldn't hesitate to contact them again should I need an injury attorney. Hopefully we won't have to cross paths again, but at least I know I'll have a great team and be taken care of! Can't thank them enough!
