Mark Lee deserves so many more than five stars! I have suffered from debilitating migraine headaches for many years, resulting in early retirement from my fifteen year airline career. Trying to prove to a judge that I suffered from migraines is not black and white. Basically there are no medical tests available to prove I was having migraines. The fact that I was having migraines was based on my word alone. Mark explained this would be difficult but he undertook the challenge. From the beginning Mark handled everything, filed all the disability paperwork, and making the process so painless for me. Mark asked very basic questions such as health history, physician names, and personal information. From then on I did not do anything except follow his direction such as making follow up appointments with certain physicians. I felt assured the entire time that my case was in good hands because during the two year waiting period to be assigned a hearing date, Mark frequently called every few months to touch base. As the hearing date drew closer we had several meetings. Then Mark and I rehearsed by reviewing the questions he anticipated that would be asked in court. The benefits of this rehearsal were to review the entire case so we would be on the same page, thereby achieving a seemless presentation the next day in court. It also made me relax because I knew what to expect. The day of the hearing, my car battery died and my GPS sent me in circles as I was close to the building. I had planned to be thirty minutes early and ended up almost missing it! Ten minutes prior to the hearing I could not find the parking area. I was in complete panic, so I called Mark. He was very calm and stayed on the phone with me, asking questions about my surroundings, and verbally guided me until I found my way to the building. I kept thinking, what attorney would be so patient to help me in this way? Mark put his heart into this case by showing patience with my continual questions. He always returned calls and emails the same day or next. Mark completed the due diligence during those two years while keeping me calm and reassured. I told Mark after the hearing that whichever way it goes, I knew I chose the best attorney who really took this challenge on and did his best. I am so pleased to say that Mark also won this impossible migraine headache disability case for me! If he could prove this case to a judge with no concrete test evidence of my migraines I'm sure anyone reading this would feel comfortable with Mark as their attorney. Mark has a very calm demeanor but he is a fighter to the end!

What can I say about Mr.Lee? For starters my case that was presented, has been one the most attorneys wouldn't give the time of day to look at, but Mr.Lee had no problem accepting a challenge not only for me but for himself. Ultimately Mark kept me well updated through the entire legal process on my claim and suit, he made it very simple to understand and broke everything down for me., even making the learning process interesting of the details of my case. He will fight head over heels for you and I couldn't be more satisfied, a great man and a great attorney!

Mark Lee was a fantastic attorney! He was kind, professional, and reliable. He always returned my inquiries and explained everything as I could understand it. I never once felt rushed or misguided during my case. I would wholeheartedly recommend Mark Lee to family, friends, or anyone going through personal injury litigation.
