Everybody is very pleasant! Starting from Madeline in the reception area.  This is the person you are in contact with first, and who gives you a pretty good idea of how the rest of the team and your visit is going to be.  I actually called several other dentists in the area before calling here and after speaking to her I knew that this was the place I was coming.  Dr. Kasem and his wife were excellent!  My husband and I are from NC and I felt just right at home, so much that I booked my second appointment...and he will have his first soon!  ; )

Dr Kasem is one of the most caring, gentle, and comforting doctor I have ever met. If you are looking for a new place to make your dental trips fun and affordable please look no further. My whole family have been patients for years and will continue to be. Thank you Dr.Kasem!

Dr. Kasem is an excellent dentist in a clean, modern office with a friendly and knowledgeable staff.  Dr. K listened to my concern (a chipped front tooth) and thoroughly explained my options so I was well informed of my choices before starting treatment.  I like that he is a perfectionist and worked on my tooth until the shape and color of the tooth matched well and he made sure my bite (occlusion) was unaffected by his repair.  When I went to a chain dental office I felt like I was just another mouth in their appointment book.  Not so in Dr. K's office.  Instead, I felt like I was establishing a relationship with the doctor and staff.  I am extremely happy knowing I now have a skilled and trustworthy dentist.   I will definitely recommend him to my family and friends.

I have been seeing Dr Shovon Kasem for 5 years and have followed him through three different offices! I will follow him to the ends of the earth. But now that he owns his own office at  Hancock Village Dental, I will never have to move again. I recommend everyone I meet to him. He is honest, gentle, has excellent bedside manner, and is just simply the best! You will not regret meeting him!!

This was the best experience my husband & I have had at the dentist. The office was clean, service was exceptional. The attention to detail in our care from the x-rays to the cleaning with hygienist, and exam with Doc left us feeling that we were in trustworthy and knowledgeable hands. We are looking forward to our next cleaning and our children going there as well. Well done Hancock Dental!!!
