I just left there office and it was a very great visit. Dr. Klaib was an amazing Dr like always front office was very nice Lisa office manager was always smiling and did a very good job answering my questions. Jackie hygiene did an awesome job at hygiene. I'm very disappointed with the service from this office. In December of 2016 I had a few teeth fixed at the same time, which led to nearly 8 hours of dental work for a chipped tooth. It was a long day, but I was pleased with everything and everyone that day. When I went in in January to remove a temporary crown and add the permanent one, the dentist slipped with his tools and busted my lip pretty badly. Unfortunately, I had a wedding to attend that weekend with a busted lip. I decided to move past it and go in today for a routine cleaning and X-ray. However, They were out of fluoride, yet I needed to sign and pay that I received it. I was told I would not have X-rays done since I'm two weeks short of their 13 month policy. I was told we would do X-rays in another 6 months, which seems like a long way to go to get an X-ray- 17 months. Not to mention I was unable to have fluoride, as their supply was low.  I'm giving them one more chance, and I truly hope the experience is more positive.

My children have seen most of the staff new and old. We have seen General dentist, Hygienist,oral surgeon and orthodontist. Medical  staff and office are friendly , efficient  and caring.  I will recommend this office. We were actually a referral for the  orthodontist Dr Reynolds .I didn’t think he could be easily replaced. And Dr Nguyen has been just as good.  Definitely full service one stop!
A drawback is waiting area is too small for all the families that come and wait. So shop at Publix, go to the Library next store or  exercise at LA Fitness.

The ortho opoment I had today was awesome. The workers and stuff made my time here fast and easy. I also got some helpful information to help my teet to stay on point. Thank you to coast dental for helping making my smile look better.
