They repaired a tooth and it has broken twice. Dentist and assistant discussed VERY personal business during 3 hrs of work on my mouth. When I expressed my frustration with their customer service one of their front end people actually said: Well I thought you weren't coming back. I am a self-pay...so I spent almost $4,000 on 3 teeth and I am left with one of those teeth breaking repeatedly, it's way shorter than the other teeth...honestly I am so disappointed I left there more than once in tears. Overall it seems way more about money than service!!

At 40 years old... I can't say I was excited about getting braces.  I'm glad I chose Agnini Family Dental.  The staff is very friendly, and my experience there has been wonderful.  It's exciting to see that my smile is looking better and better every day.  I would recommend Agnini Family Dental to everyone.  "I figured at 40, I was too old. I'm glad I changed my mind"

Agnini Family Dental Center is by far the best dental office in Polk County and maybe in the whole state of Florida. The doctors and staff will make you feel right at home. If you are nervous about going to the dentist there is no need. All of the doctors and staff will put you right at ease. I highly recommend them for all of your dental needs. Their office will be the last dental office I will ever visit.

Doctor and Friend!    All of the Agnini family and staff have been like family to our family for over 20 years.  The office team is always professional, and efficient.  Each of the doctors and hygienists have always taken time with me.  Addressed my concerns.  Several times they have helped me with something urgent.  They have followed up with an email, text or phone call.  Medically, I feel I'm treated as a valued patient.  Relationally, I feel I'm treated as a friend.  --- the STRADER family.

I Highly recommend Agnini Dental. Dr. Matt, Dr. Mike, and Dr. Drew have helped me achieve a great smile. Dr. Matt even helped me when I needed emergency work on New Years Eve! Their new facility neat Marchant stadium is state of the art, and really designed for a pleasant, soothing experience including waterfalls. I have had many dentists of the past 40 years - I thank God that I found Agnini Family Dental and their wonderful, kind staff. Looking for the best dental experience in Lakeland - look no further. Agnini Family Dental helped me and they will help you too!
