I am a member of their lifestyles program and go visit monthly. I have had different therapists each time which makes it a new experience each time. Every therapist is very nice but I haven’t found a favorite yet. I am hoping to find one but I am finding that a lot of therapists leave so there is a revolving door sometimes. I recommend that you try hand and stone once. It can be difficult to get ahold of them at times but I use the app to schedule much easier for me. The atmosphere is nice and the facilities are nice. I have been to other massage parlors and this is by far the best one!

So relaxing! It was Heaven. Good way to escape and get some tension out. Liked the atmosphere very soothing and calm. Roger I believe his name was; very proffessional and made sure I was comfortable. The warm stones was an amazing experience. I feel like it gave my body what I needed especially with me working at a warehouse. AMY was who I had the 2nd time and she was AMAZING. She really focused on what my body specifically needed to be worked on. She is really good at what she does. She gets all the right points; I loved all her techniques.

First of all, it took me hours to get through by phone - no one answered!

Then they wanted to charge $109 each for my daughter's & my "couples" massage (a birthday present for her) - otherwise $59 each (if done in separate rooms) for the exact same service by the exact same therapists.

Then, 10 minutes before arrival, I got a call saying my therapist called out sick & would I "mind rescheduling". When I asked if I had an option to be seen by someone else, was told no. So it really didn't matter if I "minded". I explained that this was supposed to be a birthday experience - originally really intended to be a couples massage and I was already dissatisfied with having split us up. They didn't seem to have any regard or regret for giving such a poor impression with not one, but TWO, new clients.

In order to minimize my daughter's poor experience, I kept her appointment. But I'm spending the entire hour I would've been getting massaged, sitting in their lobby, leaving my reviews everywhere I can.

Thanks for NOTHING, Hand & Stone. Really poor experience from start to finish. We will NOT be back, and we'll be sure to warn everyone away.

The worst facial ever... DONOT EVEN BUY A GROUPON TO TRY AND GET THERE. Waste of time d money.
