My massage therapist was not attentive. She was awkward and did not seem to have read over my preferences. I requested firm pressure and she was very soft. She also had terrible breath which made for a very uncomfortable and not relaxing experience. She also did not check to see that I had a facial after and left me in the room without a robe so I had to get redressed and then mention to her that I had a facial afterwards. She was flustered and then had me sit in the back to wait  for my facial. I was left there  for 10-15 minutes before someone acknowledged me. Then finally a the woman who I spoke with said that the facial therapist was running late but that I would get my full time. She only gave me 40 mins. Very unsatisfactory experience overall. I was so miffed.

Worst, totally screwed up a appointment for facials. Booked a facial for 3, only they have 2 rooms to do them in 
So they told the wife she booked a message , the word message never came up in the appointment conversation as I was sitting only 2 feet away when she made it. 
Hey mistakes happen fess up to it,  it the manger said “I offered you my apologies already, there's nothing I can do! “. That's customer service ! If there was something less than one star they would have gotten that. People there are paid to bait and switch not to mention rude.

I'm actually in the parking lot right now while  writing this, so I just got the facial done. The facial wasn't anything too crazy it felt like I could have done it at home. They did the detox which again felt like I could've done it at home. The relaxation of the facial quickly turned into something painful when she decided to Remove my black heads. I felt like she removed more than 30 black heads from my face.  Not something comfortable to sit through.  Other than that she was extremely sweet and very pleasant to talk to. The reason why I gave this place 3 stars is because they push "upsell" too much.  They do it while they are giving you a massage and they do it when you're finally going to check out. I do not have to say no three times. My sister came with me for the massage and when it was her turn the receptionist said that she'll touch base with me again. I walked out because I don't need to be bothered a fourth time.  I don't want to pay $60 a month for a membership that I'm not going to use every month. I have other bills in my life I don't need one more bill.

I had a great massage but the facial was terrible. Basically a face wash, I've had my share of facials from here and other places and every time while the mask was setting they do a light massage of the neck arms and scalp sometimes, my therapist left the room for 10-15 minutes. It turned the facial into something that I could've did in my own at home. Was not a good experience. When I told the girl at the front she said every therapist was different...therefore since hand and stone is a franchise I will NOT be going back and I will not recommend them to anyone else. Quality service and consistency across the board is what's important and they can not guarantee that.

It been 3 month that I been a member I scheduled an appointment for massage first time I go I feel like I can do it myself or my son the second appointment I made I can’t make it because my uncle have to go to the emergency I called them let them know I can’t make the appointment I call them back 2 days after my appointment to reschedule they charge me for not coming to my own appointment double the charge for my monthly worst place to go
