I went for a massage there this morning, and let me tell you...TIFFANY gave me the best massage I ever had!!! She was phenomenal. Her pressure was on point, and she really focused on the areas I said needed attention. I added on the muscle soothing therapy and it was so worth it! Im in virtually no more pain today. Will definitely be back to see her!

Great time. I have just edited the phone which was not correct in the Google listings. Most of the reviews are negative because phone on Google was not the one which CS pick up. I just updated the one they always pick up.

I usually go there 1-2 times a month. The customer service are nice. Most of the therapist are amazing, but the soon u find someone you really like there is no reason to try someone else.

The massage therapist aren't horrible, but the service is lacking. I forgot to get my receipt for reimbursement purposes; i called them and they said they could not provide me with a receipt, so I asked if they could SIMPLY email it over, she put me on hold and said they could fax it. What is this the 90's! I asked if they could simply tske a picture and email it over, they could not even do that, so now I need to take an hour out of my day and head over there! It will be my last trip and I'll make sure my wife cancels here yearly membership! I'll be looking for a local service, this chain sucks.

I’ve been coming here for a while but i just had the BEST massage ive ever had from Jasmine! She had great pressure and was great the whole time!!

Have had great massages here but customer service here is awful! Staff is completely unprofessional. I have been hung up on multiple times trying to make appts, put on hold for over 10 mins at a time, and also have gotten a phone call while I was in route to my massage that the appt was cancelled. I will never go back to this location.
