This place has the nicest people. Most of the time when I've had pt, I dread going , because it hurts so much. Not here,,I actually enjoyed going. They made my replaced knee feel so much better, I was sad to have to stop. Even the office staff cared. A wonderful place!

My first experience with PT was Hands-On PT.  I had to have back surgery in 1999 and then again in 2000.  After the 2nd surgery Dr. Cox sent me to Breda for PT.  The best thing that has every happened to me.  They taught me proper lifting, exercises to strengthen my lower back, and deep tissue.  Anytime I had a flair-up with my lower back they were able to help me regain mobility.  I moved to Alaska in 2007.  Have never found anyone else that has been able to do what Hands-On has done for me and my lower back.  Moved back from Alaska in 2014 and had a relapse with some back issues in 2015.  Was able to get back into see Breda.  I was soon doing much better with less back pain.  

All the staff at Hands-On are very friendly and so willing to help.
