I have had a great experience with my physical therapy.  The team of therapist and trainers are so dedicated and work hard at trying to help make recovery successful!  Very pleasant and fun atmosphere too.  I highly recommend Idaho Spine and Sports Physical Therapy!

The staff here is very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Everything runs on time and is well coordinated. My therapy worked extremely well. The facility is easy to access.

Going to ISSPT was well worth the 45-minute drive! My doctor recommended Dr. Candau specifically, and both he & the whole staff were great to work with. I saw a lot of improvement over a series of sessions. Lots of immediate pain relief, as well as exercises to help me stay pain-free & develop better posture. The office staff is helpful; all of my appointments started right on time!

I sought treatment after a car accident. The practitioners were good at their jobs, but the reception staff people were highly incompetent, poorly trained, and unsupervised. I encountered incompetence when trying to schedule an appointment and ended up having to leave because I didn't have time to wait for them to figure out the computer system. Today, I made a request for my records. I was given a BS answer by a receptionist as to why she couldn't give me an invoice. Turns out, she didn't know what she was talking about, and she made up answers instead of just saying she didn't know what to do. This led to more frustration for me, and has soured my experience. I called to complain and spoke to the reception manager. She made excuses for poor performance, didn't apologize for the lack of quality service, and had an attitude of ambivalence when I expressed how irritated I was. If I need PT in the future, I will likely go somewhere else.
