Highly recommend them to anyone who is considering physio. I had been struggling with pain off and on for years and decided to finally make an appointment, and I'm so thankful I did! Over the course of a few sessions Zara has helped me combat the pain I was dealing with whilst also teaching me a lot about my body and the way I move, encouraging me to ask questions, to ensure that once I stepped out of there I knew exactly what I was doing. All the staff are friendly and welcoming but I'd particularly recommend Zara as she extremely knowledgeable and in my case has given me valuable tools that will last a lifetime.

I have been to the practise several times and have always found the staff there extremely helpful. I originally went with a great pain in my knee. Andrea found the root of the problem quickly and advised me of appropriate exercises to help reduce/manage the pain, as well as informing me about specialist insoles. After buying a pair from the practice I feel much better and have notice an improvement in my bodies natural standing position. I strongly recommend this practise for its great knowledgeable and friendly staff! They really try to get problems resolved as quickly as possible!

I want to personally thank Alison Bray for her expertise and professionalism in helping me with my debilitating back problem. I am now pain free and have my life back. I will follow her advice and continue with my exercises to ensure that my back stays healthy.  Many thanks and I know that if I need other Physio help: Hands on Therapy will be my first port of call,.

The staff are extremely friendly, professionals and go the extra mile for their clients. During my last experience, I was short on time and needed a steroid injection in my heel, which they managed to organise within a matter of hours. I'm truly grateful and recommend them highly.

Fantastic treatment from zara, went in with severe leg pain. Zara gave a concise diagnosis and course of treatment required. Appointments were always on time and the treatment has fixed the problem to leave me pain free again.

Excellent treatment and analysis of my long term reoccurring back problem. Welcoming,professional and knowledgeable team.

Successfully booked an appointment online received a confirmation email and when I turned up for the appointment the place was closed. The metal shutter was down and there was no sign to explain why. Very disappointing.

Zara provided me with personalised exercises for my back problem and together with this and her Pilates class I am free of symptoms Many thanks.
