This firm is very handy to have around in a state with such terrible drivers.  You'll likely end up being hit by at least one of them and when that happens; you'll wan't to go with these guys.  Both brothers are very competent and will get you the optimal compensation while keeping you up to date and in loop with all developments.  I doubt you'd get that kind of dedication to your personal case with one of the guys with the cheesy commercials.  Garrett did my case and he is more honest and forthright than some attorneys I've actually had to pay to retain in the past.  Their staff is also very professional and on the ball with everything from the beggining to end.

I was seriously injured in a rear-end collision in late March. Even though the idea had not crossed our minds, my wife and I made the decision to hire an attorney following the advice of several family members. Preston Handy came highly recommended from a professor of our daughter who attends the University of Utah. We were very impressed with the level of responsiveness, capability and professionalism displayed by Mr. Handy and his paralegal, Jill Silvester. A settlement was reached after only four months, and we received more than we had expected. Although the recovery process is still ongoing, Handy & Handy helped ease a very difficult time in our lives.

After being dropped as a client and told my case was not able to be pursued b6 another Law firm, (So much for being an Advocate). I finally at my last try was contacted by Preston and asked to explain my personal injury case. I had noone else to turn too noone else to help and not one Firm I could trust. All of that changed that afternoon I met 2 of the men I respect, trust and am indebted too. They accepted a very difficult case. They and their entire team set out to win. They made that promise and stuck to it through the hard and difficult times that it would bring to them. Preston explained every detail I needed to know with ease and confidence. The case not one other team thought they could win and slammed door after door in my face only drove this team harder to suceed. I could not recommend a more honest professional firm or staff than Handy & Handy. They won one for me and my family and I am proud to know them and there indomitable will for helping others in need. Garrett Handy is an amazing attorney, he is very compassionate and understanding about what his clients are going through. I always was able to reach him or Beth within a reasonable amount of time. Garrett was very patient with me through every step of settling my case. I recommend Handy & Handy to anyone in need of a personal injury  attorney.
