I have never had a bad experience. The people are always friendly and helpful. Would much rather come here than go to a box store. If I tell them what I am trying to do, they always direct me to gt the right parts to get the job done.

Manager Tim is a prick. Doesn't care about anything and clearly hates his job. Tried renting from him several time and each time the equipment didn't work properly. Twice didn't even turn on. Wasn't shown how to work the equipment, they didn't test the equipment in front of me like they promise. The only thing they are good for is loading up the junk in your vehicle. Home depot renting is a little more expensive but their stuff works so I'm willing to pay the few extra dollars.
