This K mart is one of the reasons I like shopping on Amazon. I've used this K-Mart for decades until now. The customer service and help you get is very limited and not up to my standards. When you do get help, it's usually not very good and the service is really slow. This is definitely a fend for your self type of place. I've never really know K-Marts to have excellent customer service. The clerks are too nice either. I don't really think to shop here for anything anymore.

I feel like the quality of employees is increasing at this K-mart. The store was easier to navigate and not as messy as in my prior visits. Camille is a nice addition to the store too. She was very personable and attentive. I hope they do what they can to keep her.

Worst store ever the only reason they get one star is because i can't leave zero. Waited in line for 20 minutes then they double charged be and instead of fixing it at register they sent me to service desk where i waited 20 more min before the one person behind the desk walk off and never came back. No wonder no one likes kmart. I only came to get a craftsman tool because itvwas closed than sears. Should have drove the extra 20 min it would have been quicker!

Exceptional service... So as a customer I definitely respect the process and the associates. However if you're going there in a rush go elsewhere because they are short staffed and I hated watching other customers act foolish as if it's not a trend in the retail business. Just be self aware

I was there in the morning between 8 a.m. and 8:15. I was trying to see how things were going at the store, I realized that it was still early, but most of the lights on the ceiling were partially on. I had been reading that most stores have closed, and this one seems to be on the way out also. I went to the electronics dept. and since the last time I had been there, the dept. has gotten even smaller. Most places I went in the store had most of their items on clearance, hopefully this is to make room for Christmas items in the future. Don't know what to think, this is really the only K-mart that is close to my home, guess it's really not good to have Walmart across  from the store site!
